Spiritual Soaps, Baths & Oils - Instructions
Spiritual Soaps:
The main thing to remember with ALL spiritual products is to speak your intentions. I have tons of affirmations you can use depending on which soap you are using.
1. Pay homage to Olodumari, your Ori, Ifa, your ancestors, Orisha or whatever YOU believe in.
2. Speak your intentions or an affirmation:
All obstacles are crushed before they even find me
Any evil sent my way return to sender a thousandfold
Evil never locates me
Bad luck never locates me
I attract good things and good things only
I repel all evil and negativity
Wherever my name is called with bad intentions, my ori(head)
protects me and never answers.
My greatest good is already mine
I give thanks to my ancestors, orisha and Olodumare(Supreme Creator)
Protection, back to sender or road opener soaps should be used at night if you are also using a prosperity soap, which should be used in the morning. If you are using the Cleanse & Protect Soap and Road Opener, use the C&P at night and road opener in the morning.
Premium Protection Oil:
Rub on the soles of your feet and temples while speaking your intentions. As always homage and gratitude are important. Use the oil after your shower. It can also be sued as an anointing oil for those who do candle work.
Spiritual Baths:
The spiritual baths work better after your regular shower, IMHO. If you have a spiritual soap, use that first and then the spiritual bath.
Optional: light a dressed or fixed candle before you go into the shower and then return to your candle after your shower to continue your prayers. If you don't know what color candle to use, use white. Check the oil section below for candle dressing info.
For soaps use the same instructions as below(pay homage, say your declarations/prayers and give thanks).
Let steep in a bowl of boiling water, drain, and use your right hand to wash your head as you give thanks, make your declarations and say your affirmations/prayers. Then pour the remaining over your head onto your body and let dry naturally.
If you prefer to use in the tub, I would still let steep in boiling water first, then add to the tub.
You can "awaken" the bitter leaf bath with a few drops of bergamot or sweet orange oil. Not necessary for initial couple of uses.
For the scent leaf and prekese bath, awaken with basil oil or the protection oil, if purchased.
Use 3-7 tablespoons per bath
After pouring in the boiling water, stir while saying:
I am "your name", child of "mother's name".
I pay homage to the ancestors
I pay homage to the spirit of the leaves
I pay homage to the orisha(if you believe)
Say your declarations and prayers.
I give thanks to the ancestors
I give thanks to the spirit of the leaves
I give thanks to the orisha
I give thanks to Olódùmarè
Let steep.

Remember to make it your own, add declarations that are personal to you and your current situation.
Oils
All oils can be used the same way you would use any anointing oil.
For candle work, carve your name, DOB and mother's name on the candle along with your petition/intent. Then anoint the candle with some of the oil as you speak your intentions. You can use the oils on the four corners of your petition paper, if you write petitions. Some people use them on their lotto tickets, bay leaves etc. Get creative!
The oils can also be used to make a quick spiritual bath. Simply add a few drops of the oil to some sea salt and use in the shower or bath tub.
For use on the skin, test a small are first(especially the protection oil). Then after your shower, dab a few drops of the oil on you as you speak your intentions.
